Make A Difference

I am always amazed, when I take a family history, so see how patterns are passed down in families. These patterns cover a wide range. Patterns that run through families are as diverse as:

Strong relationships between women in the family
Health or disease, especially disease related to lifestyle
Work or career choices
Cutoffs--or refusal of one person to speak to another
Alcohol or other substance use or abuse
Divorce

Genetics may account for some of these patterns, but the culture created by a family is powerful. Whether positive or negative, these patterns affect, not only the present generation, but the generations to come.

Want to make a difference? Build a strong family with a strong and healthy family culture.
